Amazonian Mushroom Spores
Amazonian spores are suspended in aqueous solution within a 10ml luer lock syringe. Each spore syringe will arrive in a individual zipper bag. One sterile 16g needle for application of spore solution on a microscopy slide is included, per item. A syringe tip cap is installed to prevent leaking.

Legality of Psilocybin Mushroom Spores

Cultivation
Cultivation of Psilocybe cubensis mushrooms is illegal in all states. Federal law also prohibits cultivation of psilocybe spores. A license issued by the D.E.A. is required to legally cultivate this species of mushroom spores.
Characteristics
Species: Psilocybe Cubensis
Classification: Hallucinogenic
Cap: 25-100mm in diameter. Shape of cap is flat to convex. Becomes convex with age. Color is Dark red to gold.
Stem: 150-250mm in length. Sometimes the base of the stem is enlarged. Color is yellow to buff that has a
reflective sheen. Sometimes the stem has a brown stripe that runs the entire length vertically. Stem bruises green to
blue where injured.
Gills: Color of the gills is greyish before spore production. Once the mushroom becomes mature the gills turn
purple to black in color.
Spores: Brown to dark purple in color. Size of spore is 13 x 8 micrometers on 4 spored basidia.

Product is intended for microscopy, taxonomy identification, or collection purposes only. Spores are not intended for human consumption.
Microscopy
When handling a spore syringe in preparation for viewing spores through a microscope, always observe proper sanitation procedures. Wear gloves. Wipe your gloves and spore syringe with isopropyl alcohol to sanitize those parts. Before performing any microscopic research studies, be sure to sanitize the dispensing needle, which is a simple process. Put the tip of
the needle into the flame of a butane lighter until it turns red. Then squirt a small amount of the spore solution out of the syringe to cool the needle.
Shipping
We ship orders using UPS shipping for the most reliable service with real time tracking updates. Orders will be shipped on the same day if your order is paid for before ~12PM EST, Monday - Friday. If your order is paid for after 12PM EST or otherwise after our shipping cut off for the day, it will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

1. Damages During Shipping:
If your order is damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of all packaging and damaged items.
- We will dispatch a replacement order free of charge on the next business day, provided you follow the above instructions.
- We cannot offer refunds for packages damaged during transit. However, we will file a claim with the carrier's insurance and send a replacement order.
2. Contamination:
- Our production utilizes a professional-grade laminar flow HEPA flowhood with a 12" thick filter, filtering to 0.02 microns. Therefore, contamination is highly unlikely to originate from our end.
- To claim contamination, test the spores or liquid culture on agar and provide photographs showing our company name and the date. Also include pictures and descriptions of your equipment, again with our company name in the picture for verification puposes
- We do not cover contaminated grain or third-party grow kits. Our warranty does not extend to customer errors in substrate preparation or third-party vendor issues.
3. Viability:
- All batches are tested for viability prior to dispatch.
- Non-viability is often due to mishandling post-delivery. Please bring your orders inside within 10 minutes of delivery.
- If you cannot be home for delivery, arrange for an indoor PO BOX or similar for safe delivery.
- Do not store your items in the refrigerator. It can become too cold. Room temperature is optimal.
- Thick Spores is not liable for customer negligence.
- For extreme climates, consider our next day air shipping option.
- If carrier mishandling (e.g., delays or lost orders) results in viability issues, we may replace the order at our discretion and a fee may be required.
