We ship orders using UPS shipping for the most reliable service with real time tracking updates. Orders will be shipped on the same day if your order is paid for before ~12PM EST, Monday - Friday. If your order is paid for after 12PM EST or otherwise after our shipping cut off for the day, it will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Warranty

We provide a 30-day quality guarantee on all unused spore and culture products. While we maintain exceptional quality standards, please note that spores are living organisms and cannot be completely sterile by nature. Contact [email protected], or via phone or text at 540-960-3193 within 7 days of receipt if you have concerns about your syringe. Please keep products in their original packaging until we respond. We’ll promptly send replacements when needed and may provide a prepaid return label. Products must be in unused condition for a refund.
