Syzygy liquid culture syringe specimens were originally developed by ethnobotanist Terence McKenna in the 1970s through his Hawaiian company “Syzygy.” After a period of obscurity occuring during the 1980s to the early 2000’s, the strain was revived and reintroduced to the mycology community by the “Free Spore Ring Europe.”

Our liquid cultures arrive in a high-quality 10cc laboratory grade Luer-Lok style syringe. A 1-inch 16-gauge sterile needle is provided with every item ordered.
