30-Day Product Guarantee

Quality Assurance

We provide a 30-day quality guarantee on all unused spore and culture products. While we maintain exceptional quality standards, please note that spores are living organisms and cannot be completely sterile by nature. Contact [email protected], or via phone or text at 540-960-3193 within 7 days of receipt if you have concerns about your syringe. Please keep products in their original packaging until we respond. We’ll promptly send replacements when needed and may provide a prepaid return label. Products must be in unused condition for a refund.

Shipping Damage

We ship in protective white mailers with UPS for maximum security. If your products arrive damaged, email us clear photos within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement within 24 hours.

Address Verification

Please verify your shipping address before ordering. Our system automatically processes the address you provide. We cannot refund orders that are returned or lost due to incorrect addresses. While we provide tracking information, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you encounter issues with your microscopy research, contact us to discuss special replacement discounts.

Order Cancellation

We can cancel unshipped orders with a 1-2 day refund processing time. Email [email protected] or contact 540-960-3193 via phone or text message for cancellations. If an order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order or offer a refund.

Our Cubensis, Panaeolus, and any other species capable of producing active spores and cultures are for microscopy and taxonomy research only. We do not accept inquiries about cultivation, substrate, agar, or mycelium. Customers indicating mushroom cultivation intent will be ignored, orders will be cancelled, warranty will be revoked, and future purchases will be declined.
