Lizard King specimens feature light golden-brown to caramel colored caps 2-4 inches wide that develop a distinctive wavy edge pattern as they mature. The thick white stems reach 3-5 inches tall and display bluish bruising when handled. This variety is known for its unusually large caps and consistently robust growth pattern compared to similar varieties.
